Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal nos recibió con una calidez excepcional, demostrando su compromiso con la hospitalidad y el buen servicio. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y bien equipadas, con camas cómodas que garantizan un buen descanso. Además, la decoración conserva un toque rústico que armoniza perfectamente con el entorno natural del lugar. Algo que nos encantó fue la tranquilidad del hotel, ideal para desconectarse del bullicio de la ciudad y disfrutar de la naturaleza. El restaurante del hotel ofrece platillos deliciosos, preparados con ingredientes frescos y tradicionales de la región. Probamos algunos antojitos hidalguenses y quedamos encantados con el sabor y la presentación. Otro punto a destacar es la ubicación de la posada, ya que permite acceder fácilmente a los atractivos turísticos de Jacala y sus alrededores.
